Veer Apartments is a class AA, conventional multifamily housing community made up of 250 units. It was built in 2020, acquired in 2021 and consists of a mix of 1-3 bedroom apartments. Located on the booming I-4 corridor and proximal location to major employers makes this the perfect option for urban professionals. This purchase was funded by a 1031 exchange of our principal’s and investors’ equity from The Lodges at Glenwood. Managed by our sister company, SGFusion Living.
